We bought this extension on Aug 14, 2024 with the objective to integrate it with the MSG91 service, which was advertised as supported. Once we had it installed we realized that the only available guidelines where for integrating it with Twilio. After unsuccessfully trying various combinations we reached to Magedelight support, which provided instructions in several rounds of emails. We have a team of senior engineers of 10+ years of experience in Magento and they couldn't get anything done with that. We asked for a call to resolve it, but never got anything beyond "try this one out" or "give us access to your server". In between we discovered a bug in the phone entry field and found references to php classes that don't even exist in Magento. After about 2 weeks of this nightmare back-and-forth we bought an OTP/SMS extension from https://meetanshi.com/ and had it up and running in 30 min or less. We asked Magedelight for a refund and of course didn't get it under the pretext that they needed to get into our server and investigate everything themselves. Summary: no guidelines, buggy product and worst customer service no honoring its own money back guarantee.

Hello, the module is not bad and works, but it is not compatible with Varnish cache, it has good features. It is better if it works with Varnish Cache, otherwise it will cause problems
After installation, it has a negative effect on the varnish cache system and it stops working always show Miss on header
