We provide our customers with free upgrades of the extension. You can download the new release of extension by visiting "New Released Packages" section in My Account after an update is available for purchased extension.
All our extension are upgraded and improved on a timely basis. Customers are free to request upgrades via our support help desk. MageDelight.com reserves the right to determine which products will be updated and when, or when it is necessary to discontinue the product updates.
It is mandatory that your email address be valid as this will be used for all communication purposes with you. MageDelight.com strongly recommends that you use the email address associated with your company. You are free to use free emails for the registration and checkout process, however, orders that are placed using free email addresses will be checked more thoroughly, which may take longer time for activation as a result.
All our products are available for download once your payment has been accepted and also verified. In case you are unable to download a product, you are requested to check your payment status via your payment processor interface.
We guarantee your protection through our 45-day money back guarantee for all our Software products. In case you are dissatisfied with your product before 45 days after the purchase for "justified mentioned below" reason, you are in a position to receive a refund. You can request a refund submitting a request that contains your Transaction ID. Please note that we do not provide refunds on installation and customization services and refund processing charge would be deducted at 10%. Please also note that refund requests after 45 days are not accepted.
Refund will not be acknowledged incase of conflict due other third party extension, customized code or coding methodology and standard.
Product Purchased based on the feature list mentioned on MageDelight website. Product cannot be refunded on reason of technical feasibility of customization or not mentioned feature or design.
You are eligible for a 6 months Free support for all paid extensions until you are 100% satisfied. However, we are not responsible for supporting free themes and extensions, but we will try to provide support in case our technical team can arrange the time. However, please note that we do not cover the following services under the 06 month support free option:
- Compatibility check between Magento and other Software packages.
- Integration of purchased products
- Error correction caused during buyer installation
- Error correction caused during Software upgrade by buyer
- Modules/themes customization
- Troubleshooting of product integration
- Optimization and tuning of Magento performance
- Consultation with third-party developers
- Upgrade of product version with different modules or themes
