REFUNDS:We request our beloved customer to go through product feature and demo in detail before purchasing a product. We also have live chat support to resolve your query before purchase. We guarantee your protection through our 30-day money back guarantee for all our Software products. In case you are dissatisfied with your product before 30 days after the purchase for "justified mentioned below* ” reason, you are in a position to receive a refund. You can request a refund submitting a request that contains your Transaction ID. Please note that we do not provide refunds on installation and customization services. We will provide 100% refund as store credit of MageDelight. Incase If customer wish to have into account refund processing charge would be deducted at 10%. Please also note that refund requests after 30 days are not accepted under any circumstances.
*Refund will not be acknowledged in case of change of mind or decision, conflict due other third-party extension, customized code or coding methodology and standard of coding.
Product Purchased based on the feature list mentioned on Mage Delight website. Product cannot be refunded for a reason of non-technical feasibility of customization, non-mentioned feature and design layout. Only 10% of store credit balance of total order value can be used per transaction.
Products of SMB Solution are non-refundable.
SMB SOLUTIONCustomer purchasing SMB Solution, are required to submit following details within 1 month of purchase of solution:
- Hosting Details, SSH and FTP details
- Live and Sandbox payment gateway details
- Shipping Method live and sandbox details
- Tax structure
- Sample Product Catalog
- CMS pages to be created
- Customization or changes required compared to Demo site of SMB Solution. Same are free upto 20 hrs as per package deliverables and chargeable above 20hrs.
Do note:
- 1 month period includes the 14 days warranty period of solution.
- Any change request, task or customization will be on chargeable basis, even if 20hrs free customization are remaining unused in balance.
- 90 days free technical support period start after 1 month of purchase of SMB Solution which included bugs resolution in SMB default solution and bug resolution on customization done by MageDelight’.
- Any third-party extension conflict or client customization and issue related to them, will be chargeable effort.
- By confirming during the time of purchase, the customer agrees to terms and condition and all the point mentioned above.
For theme installation it is preferable to install in plain Magento setup. In case any other theme/extension is installed or customization work is done with existing setup then resolving conflict issues would be a chargeable service depending on how much efforts it requires.
Theme installation will be done within 2 business working days after receivable of administrator/ftp/cpanel credentials.
STANDARD SUPPORT:You’re eligible for a 1-Year free support when you buy a paid extension from MageDelight. This 1-Year free support is not valid for our free extensions and themes. However, we will definitely try to provide support if our technical support team can arrange time.
NOTE: We do not cover the following services under the free 1-Year support:
- Compatibility check between Magento and other Software packages
- Conflict resolution with third-party modules
- Purchased product integrations
- Error resolution occurred during buyer installation
- Error resolution occurred during software upgrade by buyer
- Themes/modules customization
- Product integration troubleshooting
- Consultation with third-party developers
- Magento performance tuning and optimization
- Product version upgradation with various themes or modules
- Customers are required to provide our support team with access to a functional development site in order for them to identify and resolve any issues that may occur. It is possible that the support contract will be considered void and canceled in case a buyer/customer does not provide us access to the development server. Moreover, we will not consider requests for refunds in certain circumstances.

- One-to-One Support package does not include custom module development, themes/modules customization, third-party extension compatibility, Magento performance tuning & optimization, extension installation, and extension configuration service.
- Support service, especially programming support, will not be provided on AnyDesk, TeamViewer, or any other screen-sharing applications if One-to-One support is purchased in less than 4 hours. Programming support will be provided via TeamViewer, AnyDesk, or any other screen sharing application with a minimum purchase of 4 hours or more.
- Backend & FTP access must be provided by the buyer to solve the issue or for any support assistance.
- Support service will only be provided from Monday to Friday between 10:00 AM & 6:00 PM (GMT +5:30).
- Support service must be availed within 90 days from the date of purchase.
