MageDelight utilized its’ robust eCommerce marketplace solution, Rocket Bazaar Marketplace to offer seamless experience to the end-customers. With a feature-rich and intuitive website, supplier panel and administrator panel, the marketplace enables to have complete control over the online selling channel. Rocket Bazaar marketplace solution fulfilled the standard marketplace requirements of the client about supplier management, product catalog management, order management, payments and transactions management. For fulfilling the other additional requirements of client below are some features which were built on top of the readymade Rocket Bazaar marketplace solution:

  • Arabic dialect focused ideal to right to left (RTL) screen inclination and pictures rollout.
  • Product pricing management for B2C and B2B type customer.
  • RFQ feature to let the logged in customers to request for the quotation. The functionality will be configuration based from admin panel.
  • To make the marketplace more user – friendly, the customer will be able to quickly order any product.
  • In addition the customer is allowed to add the products directly to the basket from their requisition list as well as the multiple requisition lists can also be created.
  • Single Sign On (SSO) is available for the supplier to log in as a buyer in the marketplace.
  • The two-step registration process helps the marketplace admin verify the credibility of buyer.
  • Integrated with Mail Chimp to promote the marketing of the MySupply.me marketplace. SMS gateway has been integrated to trigger the SMS to the different entities associated with the marketplace at required action.
  • Live chat for providing prompt customer service
  • The mobile app has been developed to allow the accessibility of the marketplace anytime from anywhere in any device. This will promote more customers to the marketplace and make the process easier for them.
