Challenge

Our primary objective was to help Evergy Fitness develop a reliable online store & gain a strong presence in their industry. The company explicitly wanted us to design a custom theme based on their prepared mockups with 2 types of unique product listing page designs.

During the design process, the first challenge we encountered was making many major changes to the front-end design. However, we quickly made the desired changes as per the client’s expectations with just a small amount of extended timeline.

Apart from the front-end design, the next challenge we faced was during the extensions integration process. While configuring the extensions, there was a major conflict between some of the third-party extensions. Fortunately, our certified Magento developers resolved the conflict issue brilliantly and delivered all features & functionalities as per the client’s requirements.

Approach

After an extensive meeting with the client, we collected all the necessary requirements, analyzed them, and prepared a scope of work document, which we shared with the client for approval. After receiving the approval, we immediately started working on the project.

For this project, we utilized the Magento 2.4.1 Version. As for the design part, we created an entirely custom theme based on clients’ mockups.

Along with custom theme design, we incorporated several third-party Magento 2 extensions to fulfill the client’s specific features & functionality requirements.

Here is the list of all features/functionalities we created on top of our SMB Solution to achieve the client’s vision for his eCommerce shop.

• Delivered a multi-language online store with Spanish as the standard language & an option to switch to English.
• Created 2 types of product listing page with completely unique designs for Cardio-type products & standard (non-cardio type) products.
• Implemented one-step checkout through third-party extension to optimize checkout process in the client’s store.
• Integrated EU Enhance VAT extension to effectively & efficiently manage all B2B VAT transactions within European Union.
• Utilized Mega Menu extension to create a sandwich menu design that helped to improve the overall navigation throughout the store.
• Used Form Builder extension to create custom forms at various locations in the store to collect necessary information from the customers.

Result

At last, we managed to deliver a fully functional, reliable, & scalable eCommerce store to Evergy Fitness within the decided timeline. The client was extremely happy & satisfied with our service and witnessed a considerable spike in their business.
