  • Support service will be provided Monday to Friday 10:00am to 6:00pm IST (GMT +5:30)
  • Support service does not include addition module development or customization or resolving third party conflict issue. However, we will guide customer on all issue to appropriate solution
  • Support service is non-refundable service.
  • Support service will not be provided on TeamViewer or via any screen sharing application
  • Support service after office hour will be schedule based on prior information and confirmation from MageDelight.
  • Support Service applicable to extensions purchased through Magedelight.com
  • Privilege support* duration is 180 days from the day of purchase.
