  • Delay in receiving required details or answer of any queries we have from client would affect the timeline.
  • Any update in requirement after finalizing them would affect timeline and cost
  • 100% payment upfront.
  • In case of any issues/queries create a support ticket.
  • Within 24 hours we acknowledge extension customization request (during weekdays).
  • Refund will not be provided unless we won’t be able to finish the work or get the issues solved.
  • Site and FTP details are required, so it might be requested to complete the task.
  • SOW (Statement of work) will be provided on request.
